About him
The sweat ran down his naked shoulders as he finished shearing the last sheep in the late morning sun. He glanced at his watch, after letting the sheep back into the field he ran to the house and leapt into the shower. Hoping he had enough diesel he glanced at the map and set off for the rendezvous.
As the land rover pulled into the car park an elegant lady got out of her car and walked over. "Sorry if I am a little late" he smiled, they greeted each other, she trembled slightly as she felt the muscles through his shirt. "You must be Gabriel"........

I wish you could see this;
The sunlight burst through the window to rouse me from my slumber.
I take a stroll around the garden before breakfast, a few narcissus remain, some just flowered, tulips abound going over full flower or not opened. Forget me nots proliferate like weeds, cowslips bluebells and aubretias are everywhere. Alliums and aquilegia will soon be flowering, trying to catch the apple trees with there glorious display of pink and white blossom. Shrubs berberis especially are all stunningly beautiful, purple brown and yellows, even my camellia is in full flower.
The fox is on garden patrol keeping it clear of rabbits, he can never catch the deer eating the tulips though.
A quick check on the currants, berries and rhubarb and off to the fields.
As I stroll the skylarks fill the air in place of traffic, woodpeckers and mistle thrush dig for grubs, shadows pass overhead as kites and buzzards soar.
I find the sheep and lambs in the meadow, there whiteness glaring in the sunlight, all is well, none have lambed over night and so time for brek.
