About her
I'm a great fan of old films, screwball comedies eg 'Bringing up Baby' and dramas with well written scripts, not to mention Astaire Rogers musicals. I'm thoughtful, very direct about what I feel and don't play male/female games. I have a rather black sense of humour and love doing improv in our amdram group. Also do creative writing and tap dancing. Was a mad fan of 42nd St at Drury Lane and went 69 times queueing for £10 tickets! I volunteer for Age Concern Eastbourne which is where I do and have done tap, creative writing and amateur dramatics. I like making new friends and learning from other people. I'm a retired social worker and used to work for Brighton and Hove City Council with teenagers who'd been through the care system to help them decide the next step be it drug rehab or going to Uni.

Someone who is open minded, non judgemental and non stereotyping. Someone who is happy to see how a relationship pans out and isn't overly defensive and accepts no as no if it isn't working out and moves on as I do. Emotionally literate and a good communicator is great. Not interested in anyone who is directive and or controlling. I'm very much a free spirit and very independent so would be happy with someone similar. Short term fine. Friendship fine. Casual fine.
