About her
Described by my friends as fun to be with ,kind and caring, intelligent, artistic and with a good sense of humour and a happy disposition. Amicably divorced many years ago ,mother to two adult children & grandmother to three wonderful boys.
I'm recently retired and have a Fine Art background and have enjoyed collecting Antiques and interesting decorative pieces over the years.
I have lived in London and the countryside and am equally happy in both. I have had a strong connection with Cornwall for many years and spend time there when I can. My companion at the moment is in the form of my four legged ten year old Shih Tzu called Tilly!
I enjoy interior design , gardening, reading, painting, baking, country walks ,seeing friends, travel, entertaining, theatre, National Trust properties and historic houses , gardens ,cinema, art galleries, auctions , a good rummage around a bric a brac shop or fair , the countryside and photography to name but a few.
My outlook on life is positive and I try to embrace what life has to offer us and tend to ' go with the flow'.
As a single woman I have found that it's become increasingly difficult to meet new people organically hence joining this site
