A genuine guy looking for a serious relationship. Honest , intelligent and can hold my own in virtually any circumstance. I have been in media for many years and held senior positions with large companies globally. I am semi-retired, so will have plenty of time for a relationship! One thing I do not do is lie, because I have an awful memory for trivia.
I have 2 married kids and 2 grandchildren who are a key part of my life. I have a plethora of hobbies, many of which are on a back-burner, but will get to one day. I am spiritual, thoughtful, romantic and give 110% to my partner once we click! Somewhat 'old school', I have high morals... I walk on the outside of the pavement, open doors and always put whoever I am with first.
I'm told I am an OK cook....I prefer to bake. I am handy around the house and can turn my hand to most DIY tasks...I am also a little house-proud and in the process of redecorating the whole house. I am also told that I am generous...often too generous...I am a chairman of a registered charity and work on another one. I used to cycle about 30 miles a week and am getting back into that. I have a good sense of humour, albeit somewhat dry.
So I am not looking for a princess, not looking to be 'mothered', not looking for arm candy....I would like to meet someone on my own level, with a good sense of family values who is honest and genuine. I love animals, but please do not bother if you love your dog more than your partner, if you do not know the difference between to, two and too and if you excessively use LOL all over the place! So if you can see through the thinning hair, the extra few pounds and want someone who will devote the rest of their lives to you, then please say hello!
