About her
I`m 65,i`ve been a widow since 2014 after 39yrs of wedlock.I’m easy going, freindly,forgiving and understanding. I much rather talk over a problem than argue, to me this gives both sides to get their point over without unnecessary raised voices. I cant drive. I love ALL animals . I have no patience of animal cruelty WHAT SO EVER so you MUST be ANIMAL FREINDLY. (But I am TERRIFIED of SNAKES.) l am not a vegetarian but insist on animal welfare .I can be vegetarian if need be. I like old movies /B/W/costume drama's/informative/documentaries. My fav music is reggae,
I like 20s/30s/40s/50s/70s.(I love Glen Miller, Jim Reeves, Three Degrees, Drifters and so on.)
I had 3 children, 47, 45, my youngest sadly died in 2020 at the age of 36, (Cardiac Arrest) , these early losses has tore me to pieces. My Son & a sister have suggested dateline as I am so lonely & still have so much to give, I’m use to full time work (have done all my life) , I was always needed, sadly I’m redundant now. My dogs are my life, I have a Shih tzu cross Bichon (10yrs old) & a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (8yrs old). I have a White long haired cat, she’s 17yrs old& knows exactly what she wants, she was trained to a lead, obeying commands like a dog.
You who have already read my profile will notice I’ve bravely added a bit more of myself-I need someone to share my life with & someone to care for. I’m the sort of person that would much prefer on my birthday - a cup of tea in bed & you stayed at home with me for the day, instead of an expensive gift & you go to work. I do like boating Norfolk Broards .
I like embroidery, reading factual history,
Wildlife, B/W movies, old war films and taking care of my nearest and dearest.
I only go shopping alone if I need to, I NEVER go any other place without my other half(only work before I finished work, it’s the way I was brought up)
I have now lost weight deliberately, going from 15 st to 9 st, so proud of myself, can now wear the clothes I am used to wearing, it’s fab and has given me a lot of confidence.
